Boondocks

Daniel is really good at training our little girl. You can barely see her - but she is behind the paper. Yes, Klowii is trained to bring in the paper. The magic words are, "Go get the paper" and then she comes running!

Speaking of running...tonight was exciting - at least for Klowii. We were on our after work jog, and I decided to take a different route. We ended up on a dirt road running along a canal. There is one old run down house, and they had this big, black, scary, barking dog. The dog started running toward us and then was stopped by it's chain. So I thought we'd be fine - but no. Then the dog ran along side of us until it's chain finally caught up to where we were and the dog started across the canal. Klowii got really really scared. Her hair on her back was literally standing up - and she was running FAST! So Klowii is high tailing it outta there and I am being drug by a 15 lb dog down this canal dirt road. We made it home and Klowii ran in on the bed - snuggled into some blankets - and hasn't moved since! That was probably the fastest run I have been on in a really long time!

The Dolphins

We decided that although it's cool to see the dolphins and be dry - next year we want to go scuba diving with them!

Feeding the Tigers

We were watching the tigers during feeding time and some of the workers asked us if we would like to feed them. The workers handed us a large metal fork loaded with juicy meat. Then we stuck it through a hole in the window. The tigers attack - you can really feel their strength!
